Choose the exchange direction on the homepage: what you send on the left and what you receive on the right. Enter the amount, fill in your details and email, accept the rules, and click “Start exchange”. Then follow the payment and receipt upload instructions.

We usually start processing within 5–10 minutes after funds arrive. Card payouts typically take 10–240 minutes, rarely up to 24–72 hours. Crypto crediting depends on network load and averages 10–180 minutes. BTC payouts may be processed in batches every 30 minutes.
Make sure you paid within the timer, attached a receipt, and the amount/details match the order. If the status is unchanged, contact support with your order number, amount, payment time and receipt. Do not reuse old payment details.
You can change or cancel an order only before clicking “Create order”. After that, details can be changed only via the email used in the order. Chat-based detail changes are not supported.
An order may be canceled if the payment timer expires, amount/bank/receipt data do not match, funds come from third parties, AML/KYC is refused, or for security reasons. If you already paid, contact support immediately with your order number and payment proof.
AML (Anti-Money Laundering) is a mandatory check of incoming crypto assets for links to illegal activity. If suspicious activity is found, the Service may freeze funds and request identity verification. This protects users and meets partner compliance requirements.
Yes, if you follow the Service rules: use only current order details, pay from your own card/wallet, provide an accessible email, and avoid fake websites. Incoming crypto transactions pass AML checks, and support is available 24/7.

Registration is not required to create an exchange: fill in the order form and provide a valid email. A personal account is useful for tracking statuses and history, but it is optional.
Bitcoin transfers require the needed number of blockchain confirmations. During network congestion this can take longer. BTC payouts may also be processed in batches. Check your order status or contact support with the TXID.
